Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia & International
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a flat shipping fee of $9.95.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia
Place your order before 1PM AEST to receive it within 7–14 business days. Please allow additional time for non-metro areas.

International
Orders placed before 1PM AEST will generally arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as freight delays, public holidays, or payment processing times. Once an order has been dispatched, any delays are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Address

All parcels are sent with authority to leave. We recommend providing an address where someone is available during business hours. If using a business address, please include the business name.

If no one is available, the parcel will be left at the delivery location. Once marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve it from the designated location, business, or local post office.

Delivery address changes or redirection requests cannot be accommodated once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us through the Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • You must provide your order confirmation number as proof of purchase

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    (Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Returns may be refused if this standard isn’t met.)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour of the same style, please submit your request via the Contact Us page. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Additional Notes

  • All return shipping must be arranged via a prepaid, trackable method.

  • Items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely with us.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
