Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days within Australia and internationally.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing or courier delays. We appreciate your patience—some things are worth waiting for.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can refresh the page every fifteen minutes like the rest of us.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to help.

Once it's on its way, we're unable to change or redirect the delivery address, so please double-check your details before checking out.

What happens if I'm not home?

All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave, so your order may be left in a safe place if no one is available.

We recommend using an address where someone is likely to be during business hours. Once your parcel has been marked as delivered, it becomes the customer's responsibility.

What items are eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Be unworn, unused and in its original condition
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
• Include proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, damage or have clearly enjoyed a longer holiday than intended may not be accepted for return.

Return requests must be approved by our team before items are sent back.

Can I return my order?

We hope you love your SÉJOUR pieces as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned by contacting us within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that not all products are eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, earrings and custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Who pays for return shipping?

We recommend using a prepaid, trackable shipping service, as items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely back to us.
